Michael Dobson, President- Michael received a B.S. Degree from Bethune Cookman College and his MBA training in Business Finance and Marketing at Florida A& M University, School of Business and Industry. He has over 20 years of governmental and political experience. Michael lobbies both the executive as well as legislative branches of Florida’s government on issues related to business, economic development, appropriations, transportation, insurance, municipal government and health and human services to name a few. He is also the President/CEO of Home Based Businesses of Florida, Inc, has worked as a political consultant to clients such as: the Windsor Group, State Representative Jennifer Carroll, former State Senator Daryl Jones and former State Representative Janegale Boyd. He has also worked as the legislative coordinator for Florida Impact, the legislative and communications consultant for the Federation of Physicians and Dentists and the former president of Claimpro Insurance of Tampa, Florida. Cynthia L. Craig, Vice President- With over 15 years of political experience, Cyndi received a B.A. Degree from Florida State University, received an M. A. degree in Political Science from Rutgers University (The Eagleton Institute of Politics) and is currently a PhD candidate at Florida State University with a focus on family policy. In addition to being Vice President of DCA, Cyndi is a political science professor at Tallahassee Community College. Her professional background ranges from being a former Senior Legislative Analyst for the Florida House of Representatives, working with Legislative and Cabinet Services on behalf of the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR lobbyist), a Legislative Analyst for the Florida Senate Committee on Health and Rehabilitative Services, a Program Consultant for the Department of Children and Families and a district aide for Congressman Bernard J. Dwyer, 6th Dist, NJ. Her knowledge of the inner workings of legislative committees and the relationships she has with committee staff as well as legislators has been valuable to DCA’s clients.

Roger Manno,Esq -Roger currently serves in the Maryland House of Delegates representing Maryland's 19th Legislative District. Prior to being sworn into the House of Delegates, Roger served as a Legislative Director and Legislative Counsel in the United States Congress. In the Maryland House of Delegates, Roger has sponsored or cosponsored legislation in the area of health care, worker protection, the environment, consumer protection, and public safety.
